We dispatch all items via a secure, trackable and signed for delivery service providing full insurance for your item. You will receive a shipping confirmation email after purchase with your tracking number so that you know your order is on its way.

Delivery within the Europe Union and UK

We offer FREE EU&UK delivery on all items. Orders under €500 are sent via DHL standard recorded delivery and you should expect to receive your item within 1-3 days. Orders over €500 are sent via DHL “1-day shipping” next working day delivery guaranteed.

Delivery outside of the EU&UK (Worldwide)

We offer FREE worldwide shipping.

Orders under €1000 are sent via DHL “International Signed For” and you should expect to receive your item within 5-10 working days.

Orders over €1000 are sent via DHL Express and you should expect to receive your item with 1-3 days. Local taxes and duties may apply.

*If your order is under €1000 but you would like your item shipped via DHL Express, we can do this at an additional cost of €70.*

For our customers is available service “Insurance shipment” at a cost of 4% of the price of goods.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR WATCH

In order for your watch or jewelry to be fully insured during transit, please follow the instructions below.

Print out your shipping labels (there will be two)

Grab two new, sturdy boxes (one will go inside the other)

Pack your item, box, and accessories

Pack the inner box into the larger outer box

Tape the pre-addressed label to the outer box

Schedule a DHL or UPS pick-up or drop your package off at an authorized shipping facility. DO NOT DROP OFF AT A DROP BOX
